Health Disclaimer
Xenomere is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and before making medical decisions — including changes to medication, supplements, or training.
What Xenomere is
Xenomere is a personal wellness and self-tracking application. It helps you log, organise, and review health and fitness data you provide or that you authorise a device to provide. It is software — not a doctor, not a pharmacist, and not a laboratory.
Scores and estimates
Numbers in the app — including recovery scores, strain, sleep metrics, "biological age" / PhenoAge-style estimates, lab z-scores, health-area scores, and body-composition estimates from photos — are wellness decision-support estimates. They depend on the data you enter or that a third-party device sends. They are not a substitute for clinical measurement.
- Photo-based body-fat figures are estimates with a wide error band. They are not DEXA, Bod Pod, or hydrostatic weighing.
- PhenoAge-style estimates are computed from self-reported or device-sourced inputs using published methodology. They are not a clinical diagnosis of biological age.
- Lab z-scores show how your values relate to a reference range. They do not constitute a medical interpretation.
- Recovery and strain scores are derived from wearable data and self-reported inputs. They are not clinical assessments.
Wearables and connected devices
If you connect a wearable (Apple Health, Health Connect, Garmin, Oura, Whoop, or others), the numbers displayed in Xenomere come from that device and its manufacturer's algorithms. Xenomere does not manufacture wearable sensors and does not validate their clinical accuracy.
Compound and dose notes
If you log notes about compounds, supplements, or doses, those are your personal records. Xenomere does not verify the identity, purity, legality, or safety of anything you log. These notes are not prescriptions and not medical recommendations.
N-of-1 experiments
The n-of-1 tools in Xenomere help you record what you changed and what you observed. These are personal notes, not clinical trials. They are not IRB-approved research and should not be used as the basis for medical decisions without consulting a clinician.
AI coach
The AI coach provides general wellness information based on the data you share. It is not a doctor, therapist, or medical professional. Its responses are not medical advice. Always verify health information with a qualified healthcare provider.
Emergency
If you think you are having a medical emergency, use your local emergency services. Do not use Xenomere for emergency situations.
When to see a clinician
If something in the app worries you, if a metric persistently seems wrong, or if you are considering changes to your health regimen — talk to a licensed healthcare professional. Xenomere is a tool for tracking, not a replacement for medical care.
Regulatory status
Xenomere is not registered as a medical device with any regulatory authority (including the FDA, EMA, or national competent authorities). It has not been evaluated for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
