14-Day Withdrawal Right
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
Important Limitations
Due to the nature of research chemicals and contamination risk:
- •Opened products cannot be returned. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be resold due to potential contamination.
- •Unopened products may be returned within 14 days at the buyer's expense.
- •Products must be in original, unopened packaging with all labels intact.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@xenomere.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
