Shipping Regions
We currently ship to EU member states and selected European countries. All orders are dispatched from our EU-based fulfillment center.

Packaging
All products are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident packaging with appropriate temperature control for lyophilized peptide stability. Each package includes a packing slip and batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) for all ordered products.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.
Customs & Import
Buyers are responsible for compliance with all import regulations in their destination country. We do not ship to countries where research peptide import is prohibited. If customs refuses entry, the buyer bears all costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@xenomere.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
